Which platforms does PostAway support?
Instagram and TikTok, through their official APIs. More platforms are on the way.
What kind of Instagram account do I need?
A Business or Creator account. Switching is free and takes a minute in Instagram's settings. You don't need a Facebook Page.
How does auto-publishing work?
You connect your accounts securely through Instagram and TikTok. When a post's time comes, PostAway publishes it and lets you know.
Does the free trial need a card?
The Free plan doesn't. Paid plans start with a 5-day trial that needs a card. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Go to Profile and choose Manage subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
